Don't pursue your dreams - Dream your pursuit! Imagining yourself as if you already have what you desire is the greatest creation tool you have.


In our amazing universe, amazing things can start happening to you. All you have to do is follow these steps:
1. Paint a mental picture
2. Let go of resistance
3. Repeat

When painting a picture, let go of details, apparent constraints,or anxiety. Imagine yourself where you want to be: A new house? A new mate? A new car? A new body? A new Job? Makes no difference. The feeling is what counts! Feel good about what you imagine is your's and be intensely grateful you have it.

Letting go takes practice, but you can do it! Bit by bit release resistance, let go of the need to control the process. Trying to control how you get things will only mess you up. Let g..
Make up simple affirmations and repeat them to yourself. Things like: "Getting what I want is easy!" or "Money comes to me" or "An amazing guy is looking for me right now". As unbelievable as these may be, they will start to define your new reality.

Repeat often! Your emotional habits will bring on more anxiety, despair, frustration, or whatever it is you are used to feeling. Let go slowly, bit by bit.
Your life will change - it has no choice.
