Question:Day 1 of my change asked me what my talents were. That is my problem. I don't know. How can I find out?

Everyone has hidden talents. You're probably just not looking at it the way it needs to be viewed.

More importantly, what makes you happy? Do you like to work with your hands? Does being outdoors really feel good to you? How about working with children? Or, numbers? Are you creative or do your skills lie in being operational (figuring out what it takes to get things done effeciently)

You're probably doing things all day long, every day that demonstrate how talented you are. First, be willing to give yourself some credit. Then, dig in and figure out what you like to do that you're really good at.

We can't wait to hear more. : )
