Planning a Wedding

I considered using one of the extra rooms at the reception hall as a kids area (I didn't mind them at the wedding ceremony, but preferred a grown up party). My mother suggested hiring a babysitter for this room which I would have done, but when I asked my friends with kids if this would be helpful -- all said they were leaving the little ones at home (they wanted a grown up night too)

I like to see children at a wedding. It adds to the festive feeling. I don't know that it's always a great time for the parents, though. They're usually seen chasing the children around ...
