Question:How do I adjust the volume on my ipod?

When I go to settings and select volume control, it asks me for an access number. I do not have any code number and I am at a loss to figure out how to increase the volume.

Answer:

Hmm..you might need to talk to apple about that. But if you have a regular old ipod (NOT an iphone) and a song is playing (it has to be playing to adjust the volume) you should be able to lightly run your finger around the little circle and increase or decrease it. Here's the apple site to help: Link

But if it's asking you for an access number, that's weird. It shouldn't do that.
