Wake, eat, work, sleep, repeat. If this sounds too familiar, it's time to change up your routines. Your mind could use the stimulation!
"I was very excited to receive the First 30 Days emails. I am in the midst of a great many changes in my life. I so appreciate the encouragement given in your daily emails. I definitely learned how to embrace change as a big positive in my life."

The No Blame Game

Karadc

Recently, Ariane spoke about making change easier by focusing on where you place blame. Spend 24 hours playing the “No Blame Game.” Avoid vocabulary and time spent blaming others and you’ll notice how much easier change will come to you. Listen to more tips in her interview on the McLoughlin at Work podcast. Link

Yes! I really like this! I recently started thinking about my friends as well as myself in regards to how much of conversation/statements have a negative slant. Complaining about being tired, stuff like that. I'm really trying to be conscious of those things, esp. when I see others around me struggling with such larger problems. Being tired from working hard is "allowed," but on the other hand, I'm lucky to be employed and overbooked with jobs!
