I'm big on lists ...
and weighing the pros and cons. I think it makes it a lot easier to see the light if you have it all laid out in front of you.
When trying to make a major decision take some time to make lists of the positive and negative aspects of the change you want to make. When you have it all on paper in front of you it can be easier to see which direction to go in.
