Be Spiritual, Live Longer

It's not just a nice thought. A recent study that followed 4,000 people for four years found that those who attended weekly church services lived longer than those who had no church affiliation. A number of explanations have been put forward for these findings, including that people who attend religous services have stronger support networks and seem to have stronger immune systems.
