Remember the saying "Slow and steady wins the race?" Turns out it's true. Slow down at work, with your partner and just in general. You may be surprised at how much sweeter life is when you aren't looking at it at warp speed.

Are College Grads Wilting or Blooming?

Are College Grads Wilting or Blooming?

If you are a 2008 college grad you should know that there is a debate looming about your future as a potential phenomena or slacker. Some reports indicate that you aren't the most studious generation. We wholeheartedly disagree!

Recent grads are the most socially end environmentally aware in decades (witness the rise of veganism, environmentalism, and...um...Obamaism on college campuses!) A group called the Graduation Pledge Alliance is so convinced that these young people are going to change the world that they are gathering signatures from students at nearly 150 colleges and universities who claim they are ready to commit themselves to taking into account the social and environmental consequences of any job that the they consider and to try to improve those aspects of any organization for which they work. You go grads!

What is your opinion on the class of 2008? Will they soar or sink? [Orlando Sentinel]
