help for a Mother of a addict
I have one of my children using drugs now. I can not find an alanon group for parents. Has anyone lived through this? It hurts everyone in our family.

Have you tried looking online for a support group? There's this great site called Stepchat.com (here's the link: Link where you can find chat groups and talk about your situation or ask for support.
It's incredibly hard to live with someone who has an addiction, but you're taking the right steps in looking for support and finding ways to help your child. Good luck. Come back and let us know if this helps.
