How do I de-stress from being a caretaker?
I was recently admitted to the hospital with chest pains, tested, and released. I exercise regularly, eat healthy. I have been working on making positive changes on myself but having to be a caretaker is taking a toll on me.

Hi and I hope you're well. For whom are you a caretaker? If, as you say , you were "tested and released" you must be in at least fair health.
My 25 year old wife and myself were on my motor/donor cycle years ago when a drunk ran a stop sign hitting us broadside. My wife's back was broken and in the blink of an eye became a paraplegic. Confined to a wheelchair for life. I've been her caretaker since that day and having some experience I thought I'd try to help but I need more info. Good luck.
