Right on Schedule

Budgeting your time is key for succeeding as a working mother. You want to make the most of each minute to ensure you have time to get everything done at work and at home. Here are some tips on time management from other working moms:
  • Forward calls from work to your cell phone during your lunch hour so you can run household errands.
  • Consolidate your schedule by putting all baby-related items into you calendar at work (i.e., pumping schedule, pediatrician appointments, etc...).
  • If your baby goes to daycare, pack her diaper bag the night before. You’ll have more time to spend with her in the morning and less stress.
  • Take a practice run to the office before your first day back at work to make sure that you have enough time to get yourself and your baby dressed and out the door in the morning.
