Wake, eat, work, sleep, repeat. If this sounds too familiar, it's time to change up your routines. Your mind could use the stimulation!
"The day was life changing for me. Ariane was one of the best and most moving speakers I saw at the conference and by 10am Ariane's book, "The First 30 Days: Your Guide to Any Change" was already sold out."-Chrissiana

Join the Working Mom Mob

Many new moms find comfort in talking with other working mothers, especially during the first few weeks back at the office. You may want to join a playgroup for working mothers that meets on the weekend; that way, you’ll have a support system already in place—mothers who really understand what you are going through. New mothers’ groups can be found through your local community center, PTA chapter or pediatrician's office. If one is not available in your area, joining an online community is an excellent alternative.

Once you return to work, it may also be helpful to seek out a fellow working mother at the office. Hearing how she coped with her feelings when she first returned to work may be comforting to you. She will also have some good advice about managing your schedule, communicating with your caregiver or taking care of your baby. And it’s always good to have an appreciative audience for those cute baby stories!
