Ready. Set. Learn!

Hey there, future college grad! We know school is only a little over a month away and you’re itching to get started, but are you really prepared? Starting college is the beginning of a new chapter in your life. You’re opening your life to new opportunities, and we’re here to help! However, we’re not the only ones reaching out to brand spankin’ new college students.

Because the fall semester is just around the corner, college newspapers are issuing articles filled with advice and encouragement. All of these articles are addressed towards you, the incoming class of 2012! Our favorite is the one written in St. John’s University school newspaper, The Torch. It’s a nothing but the truth tell-all about the college life, covering issues that have to deal with personal independence and self growth. So what we're really wondering is, are you ready for this? Are you ready for the responsibilities that come with being completely independent? We know you can do it, but do you?

Tell us how you are preparing for your first year of college. Are the first day jitters kicking in?
