If you're a small business, find a good CPA

A good CPA is a strong asset even while only doing the accounting end of things. I've found that they can also be a great resource for finding other things your business will need like recommending legal counsel, staffing, etc.

Since they likely deal with lots of other small businesses, they're "in the know" of a lot of useful things like office space for rent or equipment up for sale.
