Question:Is Chapter 7 an Option for Me?

I am 48 years old and have never had a creadet card their for no Credet Card depts, But other Depts that have gone to Collection Agencys such as, Child Support, US Department of Education.
All of witch is the sole perpose in preventing me from achiving employment of any kind. Yes I have been in trouble with the law and have payed my dept and am in the need of becomming a respeectabel resedent of society.

Answer:

There are many very good programs to help with retraining and employment. As far as I know you cannot claim bankruptcy on Child Support. A Chapter 13 is also an option. You are a respectable person of society, simply by wanting to find a way to employ yourself and pay your debt.
Starting over after some difficulty is a wonderful, fresh feeling. Once you set a goal and make a plan, things will start looking better with a lot of effort on your part! Good Luck! Look at life as your glass is half full. You obviously have computer skills, now go from there. And use spell check...:-)
