Change your daily routine....

When I quit I found that changing my routine helped me snuff out the desire. Having a smoke was like a reward to myself for finishing a task. Instead of stepping out for a cig, try taking a walk or doing sit ups. Exercising can be just as addictive as cigarettes. Good luck!
