To have a YES-moment it means that many times you have to say No! No to people taking up your time or no to inner judgments that you may experience when fulfilling your dreams. Saying no initially may take some courage, but remember that you have every right to do so. Is the extra project at work just too much? Or do you really need an evening to yourself? Then be honest and say, in a tactful manner, ‘no’. You will see that it won’t hurt to occasionally pass up on a request or obligation. By doing so, you make the conscious decision to follow your heart and your dreams. Tip. Set your goals and boundaries and keep a close eye on them. This will make it easier to determine when to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’. So go ahead and find out for yourself how much more YES! You will feel by saying ‘No’ a little more often…<!--EndFragment-->
