A guide for out-of-towners

I've been to a few weddings where I've had to travel and it's always nice to receive a packet of information with highlights of where to stay and things to see and do while visiting the area. The information can be simple copied pages (color is nice) tucked inside a sturdy paper folder with pockets for brochures and menus.

Yes, this is an excellent suggestion. My fiance and I are having our wedding where we live in California and both of our families are from Ohio, so we are working on a booklet of exactly this stuff. We already have our hotel rooms blocked off for people, but we will provide a list of alternatives as well. We're really excited to share some of our favorite places around town too for people to visit.

That's a really great idea. On my wedding I'll be having all my fiancee's people coming from out of state, and I might just do that.
