What is the typical cost for a brunch the day after?
More Details:
We wanted to have our guests stay at a certain hotel close to our venue, in order to reserve rooms, we had to have a F&B function there. We decided on the brunch, but it seems really expensive.

I would budget $30/head for a typical brunch buffet.
It depends what you want to do. I am planning on going all out on the brunch so nobody feels left out and it looking like 15K at this point.
