NEW Tempe Resident!

Hi NEW Tempe resident! I also am in the Tempe area!! (small world, huh? I am currently in Peoria, but I will be moving to Tempe in about 45 days, so we will be neighbors! I, too do not smoke or drink. I am in a wheelchair, but I am able to do a LOT of the things I did before  this wheelchair became a permanent part of my body!! lol!! I am a 54 yr old female that had to relocate here from Iowa due to my daughters death. She was just 30, and died from complications of the flu! She was a juvenile diabetic, and just was not strong enough to fight the flu. She left behind my then 8 yr old grand daughter for me to raise, so I had to move here. I HATED it here at first, but I AM getting used to it. Well, I just wanted to let you know you have a NEW friend if you want one! Have a great day and enjoy the rain--it almost never happens!!lol!! I am always forgetting that we live in the desert, and that means no rain or snow! lol!!!
