How good are "two men and a truck?" for moving?
I'm not sure if they are a company or just a roving band of guys who put up signs now and again ...

Pretty good, actually! But I wouldn't use them randomly off craig's list. Ask a friend if they've used a guy or two with a truck and if they were good. Word of mouth is the best way to find reliable movers.
