Your top 5 list is dead on! I've been following these principles for the past three and a half months and have lost 20 pounds. I have twenty more to go...it's true that if one is going to lose weight permanently it should be for the "right" reasons, not just to fit into a bikini! I've decided the changes I've made are going to be for life, because I want to live a long one :)
