The classes at my gym are open to everyone, but I definitely don't feel they cater too much to beginners. I'd consider myself at an intermediate level and the instructor leads the classes as it would be for about my level, but also offers options to make it easier and harder. I think mixing the beginners and advanced individuals can only help everyone learn a little something more!
I helped my boyfriend with overdraft issues. The bank sent a note and some options to consider--so he selected to have any charge that would go over his balance to go on to this credit card, therefore, no fee. However, what the bank didn't tell us was that it charges $100-intervals for going over...so just be careful and make sure you put that extra money in your account right back to your credit card bill.
I found them! Link
You could try the FIT-FLOP (Link) which work out the legs and behind with better cushioning for your feet and ankles...and they're cute, too!

When I went on an interview once, I shook the interviewer's hand it HIS shake was like the five-fingered yawn. I don't have super grip, so I wasn't just being powerful... I know that. Now that I think back, the guy did seem a little lazy! Glad I'm not working there :o)
