yes i tried curves for 2 days and quit because i hurt my left knee.i had to get a note from my doc. to give to them letting them know that curves weren't the program for me.I have to have a supervised exercise program for me,which i've started allready.so for it;s working for me.i am going on my 3rd week.,and i feel g-r-e-a-t bjackson1955

Well i think not,because i am with a man i've been with for 12 years and he had a woman that went to florida and left him in s.f ca.she did not want to come back so he got tired of sending her money and long distance relationships.now i am stuck because i want to go to arkansas to see my mom and family,i'll be in the same situation his x were in.but our situation is totally different from him and hers.but i am still scared to go and stay a long period of time.plus he's never been out of california either.plus you are younger than me way younger,you need to do a lot of thinking before you make your move.bjackson1955 from s.f
