Perhaps if we practiced posititive psychology daily we would need less therapy! i am starting today. My FASD 18 y.o. daughter is just home from rehab and I think this will help us both? Any ideas?
We have a local nonprofit that has a class called "Intergrarte". Recyclables are used to make art and families are encouraged to participate together. I go and it is a blast. My kid at home is 18 and we still have fun!
I write a gratitude list everyday. I find the simplest things are what I am most grateful for.
