Try studying in a different location. Go to a library or coffee shop. Having a determined time and place will help you stay focused. When you work from home there are so many distractions that it can be hard to separate the two.
That is without a doubt the hardest part of having a new-born. Just remember that it's only temporary. It usually gets easier after three or four months. And before you know it you'll be turning on their bedroom lights in the morning trying to wake up them up for school!
