I am not able to get a job in my field by moving to new country. ...?
Find out what is different about the UK way of doing things. Maybe you have to be retrained.
You can also try and demonstrate how your way of doing things might be better. Perhaps someone would be willing to give you a trial assignment, so you can prove yourself.
I don't usually recommend craigslist because you have to be careful who you get involved with over the internet, but they usually have those kinds of jobs posted ... data entry, work from home type jobs.
You might also want to look into some of the web sites that have sprung up to help stay-at-home moms. The kind of work they can do at home is probably similar to the type of work you can do as well.
Be really careful with web sites ... never send money and only work with people you feel you can trust. You can research companies at the better business bureau.

What do you do when only one spouse wants the divorce?
I give you a lot of credit for considering his feelings. Plus, you have children and you invested a fair amount of you life and time with this person. Still, you seem pretty clear on how you're feeling and certainly no one could blame you for wanting to move on ... to perhaps find someone who will honor, love and protect you and give as much as you give to the relationship.
It must be very stressful to be in the between time, so it's probably best to make as clean a break as you can, as soon as you can and get on the road to feeling better.
How does a shy guy go about meeting a certain type of woman witho...
I think you kind of hit on something there ... the idea of just going about your life, doing the things you like to do and, hopefully, running into someone to date at the same time.
If you're taking a martial arts class now, look around and see who you think might be single. Consider organizing a day in the part to picnic together or a night out to see a movie ... maybe in a group it will be easier to talk to the person who interests you.
is depression normal?
Depression is normal. Everyone, at some point in their lives has experienced depression, whether they want to admit it or not. It can be as subtle as being sad because you're a kid and it's raining and you can't go out and play ball or it can be as severe as feeling like you can't go on with your life after someone very close to you has died.
If someone is telling you that depression is not normal, they either don't know any better or they are trying to say something to be hurtful to you. Don't let anyone tell you that you are not normal if you feel depressed.
There was a very detailed program in PBS last week detailing the various forms of depression. You might want to see when it will be aired again, if you're interested in learning more.
If you have any feelings that are not typical for you or anything that concerns you about how you're feeling, your best course of action is to make an appointment to speak with a medical professional. Go to PBS and search for the word depression. It will bring up information about the show as well as resources.

I've heard it said that eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day is a good way for diabetics to eat ... easier to control the ups and downs that way. I've also heard that "white" foods should be avoided, especially because they turn quickly to sugar, so a slice of white bread actually turns into sugar quicker than a spoonful of sugar does in your body, so avoid white bread, white rice, white potatoes ...
In general, you want to eat more vegetables, especially leafy greens and drink plenty of water.
Exercise plays a big part in keeping sugar in check as well.
