In defense of boredom

I just read a good article in "The Week" magazine entitled "In Defense of Boredom"

The premise is that we're so wired we don't allow ourselves the quiet time we need to recharge, but also the time to go inside. I like how the writer puts it: "it is in reflection that people often discover something new, whether it is an epiphany about a relationship or a new theory about the way the universe works."
