Meditate to Ease the Pain

Doctors and experts in Western and Eastern medicine have often bumped heads over the use of integrated forms of healing such as meditation. But a recent study at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center found that meditation significantly reduced chronic lower back pain in senior citizens.
