Bringing it Into The Classroom

The man who introduced The Beatles to meditation in the ‘60s has brought the same Zen to a school in Australia. For 10 minutes in the morning and at the end of each day the children sit on the floor with their teachers to meditate. The age.com reports that parents and teachers alike are finding the results to be outstanding. The kids are more focused, less stressed and get into less scuffles. This sounds like something we should implement stateside!
