Life's Little Reset Button

Icon_tip_1

You know your heart condition is a serious matter but by signing onto this life change you’ve taken a giant step towards gaining the upper hand and that means focusing on managing and even reversing your heart disease. While diagnosis can often feel like a heavy burden—you don’t have to carry it as a burden for the rest of your life.

In the next 30 days you can expect to:

  • alleviate the pressure and anxiety you have surrounding your disease
  • be empowered to work with your body, not against it
  • feel supported in a way that will help you effectively manage your disease
  • learn valuable tools and techniques that can put you on the road to reversing your disease

Focus on the opportunity that being diagnosed has presented—it is a wake up call, a chance to set the reset button on life and get you on track to improving your health. It is a brand new day and the time to start really living!

DID YOU KNOW? There are 1 million cardiovascular deaths in the U.S. and heart disease is the number one killer of women? These may be cold hard statistics, but there are also thousands of reported cases each year of those who’ve come back from death after experiencing a heart attack, of those who’ve thrived after a heart attack. They are all survivors and so are you!
