* The average stay at the hospital for heart disease is 4.5 days.
* About 147,600 patients have heart disease as a primary diagnosis.
* About 652,091 deaths a year are from heart disease.
Don’t let yourself become another statistic. Lifestyle changes are necessary to prevent, manage and or reverse heart disease. For starters, quit smoking, exercise regularly, eat a healthy, balanced diet and drink in moderation.
