Get your family to check blood sugar levels

Cwolf112

Once you're diagnosed, you don't have to be the loan freak drawing blood before every meal. Get your spouse and maybe your kids to test their blood sugar levels as well. If you've been diagnosed with type 2, and your family carries some extra weight around the middle, you might want to monior their sugar levels as well! If they're freaked about being stuck with a needle at home, make sure they go to the doctor to get their regular annual check up!
