Imagine a table covered with foods like tacos, baked potatoes and butternut squash lasagna. Mmm, are you hungry?
Now imagine all of that food is vegan, made with no animal products or by-products like cheese, milk or eggs. Are you still with us?

New research commissioned by Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine suggests that a vegan diet can greatly reduce the risk of cardiovascular problems in those affected with diabetes. According to WebMD, two out of three people with diabetes die of a heart attack or stroke, so it's in your best interest to change your diet!
