I subscribe to 365 Days of Gratitude Link and receive wonderful emails every morning - a great way to begin my day. This is what I received this morning, and thought it was so appropriate for first30days, so I wanted to share:

Whatever we feel about our lives now, we have the ability to
change. Be grateful that things don't remain static, and trust that the things in your life that aren't the way you'd like them to be can be changed. Embrace change as a positive force and friend in your life. What would you like to enlist change to help you with in your life?

I like that you write to enlist change as a friend ... is so true, we might as well 'cause it's not going anywhere.
