Caution: Now Leaving the Comfort Zone

Wake, eat, work, sleep, repeat. If this sounds too familiar, it's time to change up your routines. Your mind could use the stimulation!
"I have always wanted to start my own business...fear keeps rearing its ugly head at me. I love your web site. I'm hoping to write back to you someday and tell you that I DID IT." -Sheila

Using affirmations

Eva1873

With everything that's happening right now, I often find that I feel like things are happening to me without my consent. I've begun using positive affirmations that remind me that all these outside forces creating change are not what I can control, but I can control what I think about it and how I let it into my life! My mantra right now is "Do what you need to do, while the world does what it needs to do." There's no reason to get pent up about what we can't do...but there's so much we can do within ourselves, our homes, our direct communities and friendships. Change happens at the granular level.

This is such a good idea. With all the craziness going on, its so easy to get stuck in the negatives.
