Plant the S.E.E.D.

When going through change, it’s natural to forget to take care of ourselves. We get so wrapped up in the change that we let the basic necessities of living a healthy life slip away. But it’s during change that we need to be the most vigilant about maintaining our health and well-being.

It starts with the S.E.E.D: Sleep, Eat, Exercise, Drink (water, that is!). The S.E.E.D is the foundation for handling whatever change comes your way.

There will be times when you don’t want to get out of bed to take that run or walk, or when you rather have a cocktail than a glass of water. But planting the S.E.E.D. will help you make change easier and faster by giving you the strength and vitality to move forward without getting stuck.

Today, notice if you are practicing S.E.E.D. behavior. Empower yourself by going to a yoga or spinning class. Have a healthy meal, drink lots of fresh water—water cleanses the system—and be sure to get just enough sleep. The S.E.E.D. will keep you healthy and help you move through change!

So why are you still sitting here? Get to it! and take a giant step toward sweet success.
