Question:How easy is it to quit smoking?

I often tried to quit smoking..cold turkey. I ve heard of people taking over the counter medications and even prescriptions. but that is not for me. I would seem to think by taking other "things" to quit one habit would in turn produce a new habit. Am i wrong in my way of thinking?

Answer:

Quitting won't be easy, but nothing in life is easy, right? If you really want to do it, you will—you'll just have to be really persistent.
The First30Days quitting smoking content is really thorough and addresses these concerns. Take a look: Link

Most experts suggest a combination of therapies—medication, hypnosis, acupuncture, etc. Once you break the nicotine stranglehold, you'll gradually wean off these aids.
