I have been a member of a website for a few months now, if you haven't already try this out.
Link it's free and there are so many things to do and to learn. they have videos to do exercising, different communities to join, such as if you suffer from acid reflux or any type of medical problems that keep you from doing things you like or want to do. I have really enjoyed it and there are so many; encouraging people there.

First, congrats on losing some weight! I know how hard that can be.

The only way to get rid of that "spare tire" is cardio, cardio, cardio. Walk, jog, box, bike...you've just got to get moving and keep moving.

If you're a member of a gym, you might want to see if you can get a free session with a trainer—they usually have great advice for how to jump-start weight loss if you have hit a plateau. Good luck!
