How do we go through they economy changing?

You keep ton trying. We have it easier than our parents and grandparents who went through the Depression. You have to be persistent. Don't give up. When I was out of work at the age of 50, I sent out over 200-300 resumes and went on job interviews for the practice even if I wasn't interested in the job. I ended up with a much better job than the one I was "downsized" from.
