I have had really good luck watching calories. I went to 1000 calorie a day diet. The first week was a little rough, but after that it was easy because my stomach adapted to it. I also kept 100 calorie packs around so it would keep me from overeating snacks. I went and bought lean cuizines and south beach diet meals and just popped them in the microwave. I have been doing this diet for two months now, I have had more energy and feel so much better and its so easy now, it just comes natural. I have lost 19 pounds already.
