Answer:

It depends on what you are capable of doing. It de-
pends on if you want to make a change in your life;
are you ready too. Do you need too?? Some people
take baby steps to reach their destination. Good luck.

Answer:

Start with small changes at a time you will be surprised how they become a few changes then more changes until you accomplish what you want changed and it won't over whelm you.
