After losing a limb in a landmine blast 25 years ago, Jerry White turned his horrific experience into positive activism, becoming a leader of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines. He is also the co-founder and executive director of Survivor Corps, a group dedicated to empowering those who have lost homes, limbs and livelihoods to war and violence worldwide.
