Everyday Change

Be a Tortoise, Not a Hare

Remember the saying "Slow and steady wins the race?" Turns out it's true. Slow down at work, with your partner and just in general. You may be surprised at how much sweeter life is when you aren't looking at it at warp speed.

Unexpected Good Fortune

jeanfroner

Losing a job is a hard thing to come to terms with.  It can take you by complete surprise.  Sometimes though, it's the greatest of misteps on the road of life that can bring you to that new experience, or that chance to grow that you never would have had.

How true this is!!!!! The old saying of "When one door closes, another one opens" is very true however it can be unsettling in the "hallway".... It is important to keep your mind and heart open and be willing to except change... It is not easy but what an opportunity to get to know yourself and reach for happiness.
