Step away from the buffet
I'm really trying to stay on my weightloss plan but it is very hard. One thing I notice—I definitely do better when I stay out of the kitchen or away from the main area where food is served! People tend to gatehr by food but I try to find a spot across the room. Otherwise I'll snack the whole time and not realize how much I've eaten. Same goes for the bar...all those drinks add up!
