Living More Spiritually

I am very fortunate to see the sea from my home and since I have lived here I have discovered that the sea is an amazing place.  Like my connection with God, the Universe the sea is always there, its grounding and its powerful. The sea also changes constantly, in fact it changes many times a day, just like life. There will always be change, change is constant. The wonderful thing about that is, whenever I am going through difficult or painful change, I know without a shadow of doubt, that this will pass, all I need to do is ride the waves, and keep breathing. So long as I can see the shore or have a focus I will get to where I need to be.
