Who Cares If It Turns Out Right?

Unless you're building a skyscraper or fixing a brain, there's room for error in your work. Sometimes, not forcing greatness/perfection leads to bigger and better ideas. So let go of whether a project is "right," and just let it be what it'll be.

Visualize your happy place

bstarr

Many people shy away from meditation because they think it involves sitting cross legged on the floor while heading into a trance.

Meditating doesn't have to be that hard. If you want to take a mental break and refresh your brain one of things you can do is visualize a place of peace that you love to go to. Close your eyes, slow your breathing down, relax your muscles and focus on that happy place. Keep at it until the outside noise fades away and you feel refreshed.

You can do this even with as little as 10 minutes.

This is an excellent tip that really does work. I also use it at night when I am suffering from insomnia. I visualize my happy place with all my loved ones surrounding me and i just relax and fall asleep.
