Managing without medication

I'm not a big fan of popping pills (what did our ancestors do before there was a corner drugstore?), so I was happy to learn that the most recent issue of the Harvard Health Letter lists seven common medical conditions that can be managed without medicine.  What they've found is that "in many cases, the non pharmacological approach can do as much as pills."  You can read more about it at: Link
