I exercise with my church group twice a week, but I eat huge portions at my mealtimes and I have a mean sweet tooth. Today I am going to cut down my portions and not stress about what I look like. :)
I have struggled off and on with my weight since I can remember. I look the way I do for a reason and I have realized that if I don't stress about what I eat and watch my portions, that God will bring my body back into alignment. Food choices are a big part of a healthy lifestyle too. You can't put junk into the "gas tank" and expect your car to run good:).
