Everyday Change

Who Cares If It Turns Out Right?

Unless you're building a skyscraper or fixing a brain, there's room for error in your work. Sometimes, not forcing greatness/perfection leads to bigger and better ideas. So let go of whether a project is "right," and just let it be what it'll be.

YOGA

lonewolf

Always thought this was for crack pots but after suffering reoccuring pain from an old shoulder injury I investigated Bikrams Yoga and eventually tried it out 9 months later, I very much look forward to my yoga classes not just because the pain stopped but I feel relaxed and energised. The heat was something that took a number of classes to get used to, the advice the instructors gave and making my own changes.

I have a friend who teaches yoga and I took her class a few times and each time I felt a little better.

I can see how yoga can be helpful for healing.

Combining stretching and breathing is a great way to make gentle changes to your body.

Thanks for sharing.
