YOGA

lonewolf

Always thought this was for crack pots but after suffering reoccuring pain from an old shoulder injury I investigated Bikrams Yoga and eventually tried it out 9 months later, I very much look forward to my yoga classes not just because the pain stopped but I feel relaxed and energised. The heat was something that took a number of classes to get used to, the advice the instructors gave and making my own changes.

I have a problem with my ears. I can not lift my head quickly or even slowly with out get the spins. I would love to try yoga but I've fount that this movement is hard to avoid. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I have a friend who teaches yoga and I took her class a few times and each time I felt a little better.

I can see how yoga can be helpful for healing.

Combining stretching and breathing is a great way to make gentle changes to your body.

Thanks for sharing.
